2008 Mini Stock Rules

REMEMBER  this is a Strictly Stock Division intended for safe, inexpensive participation.
Abuse of these rules or “creative interpretation” to excess will not be tolerated.
All feature winners must pass technical inspection before going to victory lane.

All race cars subject to inspection by Technical Inspector at any time during the racing events. Window Nets are Mandatory.

To insure this class remains stock and affordable, a claim rule will be strictly enforced.
A car may be claimed only by a fellow competitor racing in the Mini Stock class.
A claim must be made at the pit shack prior to the start of the Mini Stock feature event.
The claim must be made in writing accompanied with cash in the amount of $750.
Vehicle must be taken "as is" after the feature event less racing seat and fuel cell.
Hilltop Speedway will retain $50 at the time of claim regardless of outcome.
Should multiple parties claim the same vehicle, a pill draw will be held between them
with the lowest number winning the claim.

If a claim is refused, all monies and points earned will be forfeited for the night.
A fine will be accessed in the amount of $350.00 that must be paid to the track
in cash before the driver or claimed vehicle can compete in this class again.
